Sometimes it would be nice to have the option to "put Grace on" each day and then we know that we are going to be more aware of grace for others and grace for ourselves. But just like we may not realize the "run in our hose" (oh my heavens I am so thankful I don't have to consider that anymore- I very seldom wear hose but I cannot tell you how many times over the years that I would make sure there wasn't a run and if so - find the fingernail polish to keep it from running more....) - we don't always see ourselves correctly and others do not always see the grace that we have to give.
But that is exactly what we should do.
Put on Grace for ourselves and for others.
Wearing Grace can certainly be seen when a mother helps a granddaughter color eggs for Easter. All I have to do is stop and really look at each of them and I can clearly see how to Wear Grace.
